As a valued member of the Supporter Services Team we are looking for outgoing and empathetic people to work as the face of our organisation.
You are the one that our donors speak with when they come into the office or call. In this role no two days are the same – there is always something to do and contribute to our supporters and work.
Your duties will vary from answering phones, accepting donations from supporters that call or walk into the office, ensuring that our face-to-face collections during Ramadan are conducted in a way that is compliant with legislation and engages as many supporters as possible in our local area.
This is an administrative role so your natural organisation and computer literacy is fundamental. You will be trained on our policies and procedures and also our supporter database.
